RETURNS

Our policy provides a 14-day return period. This means you have 14 days from receiving the item to request a return. Personalized and sale t-shirts and gift cards cannot be returned.

Returns are at the customer's expense and responsibility, subject to authorization HERE, and must be sent with a trackable courier chosen by the customer to:

The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition you received it, with tags and no washing odors. It must also be in its original packaging.

You can request a return by logging in HERE and following the instructions:

1. In the "Email" field, enter your address, then click "Continue."

2. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included therein.

3. Go back to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

4. Click on the order for which you wish to submit the return.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

6. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.

7. Click "Submit request."

If your return request is approved, you will receive a notification and can proceed with shipping.

SIZE EXCHANGE

Merchandise exchange is only available for size. Shipping to our premises is at the customer's expense, while shipping of the new product sent to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.

If any discounts were used at the time of purchase, the free shipping for the new replacement product will be forfeited. In this case, a contribution of 6 Euros will be required, while for international orders, smaller islands, the Venice lagoon, and Sardinia, the costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer.

Reports for issues concerning faulty products must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the goods.

You can request a size exchange by logging in HERE, follow the instructions:

1. In the "Email" field, enter your address, then click "Continue."

2. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included therein.

3. Go back to the online store, then enter the six-digit verification code.

4. Click on the order for which you wish to request the exchange.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items for which you wish to make a size exchange.

6. Select the reason for the exchange and add the correct size in the notes field.

7. Click "Submit request."

If your size exchange request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
