RETURNS

Our policy has a 14 day return policy. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your item to request a return. Custom and sale t-shirts and gift cards cannot be returned.

The return is the responsibility of the customer, subject to authorization HERE , and must be sent with a courier chosen by the customer with the possibility of tracking to:

The refund will be made using the same payment instrument used for the initial transaction, within 14 days of receipt of the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be intact and in the same condition in which you received it, with the tag and without washing odors. It must also be in its original packaging.

You can request a return by accessing HERE and following the instructions:

1. In the "Email" field, enter your address, then click "Continue".

2. In your email account, open the email sent by our store and copy the six-digit verification code included there.

3. Return to the online store, open, then enter the six-digit verification code.

4. Click on the order for which you wish to send the return.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items you wish to return.

6. Select the reason for the return and add a note for the store.

7.Click on "Send request".

If your return request is approved you will receive a notification and you will be able to proceed with the shipment.

SIZE CHANGE

The exchange of goods is available only for size, shipping to our office is at the customer's expense, while shipping of the new product sent to the customer is free in Italy for one time only.

If at the time of purchase you have taken advantage of any discounts, the free shipping costs of the new replacement product are no longer applicable. In this case, a contribution of 6 Euros will be required, while for foreign orders, smaller islands, the Venice lagoon and Sardinia the costs will be calculated and communicated to the customer.

Reports of problems regarding faulty products must be communicated within 14 days of receiving the goods.

3. Return to the online store, open, then enter the six-digit verification code.

4. Click on the order for which you wish to request an exchange.

5. If your order includes more than one item, select the items for which you would like to change sizes.

6. Select the reason for the exchange and add the correct size in the note field.

7.Click on "Send request".

If your size exchange request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with shipping instructions.
