How does purchasing a Gift Card work?

Purchasing a Gift Card is simple and customizable:

1. Choose the Gift Card amount.
2. Enter the email address of the person you wish to gift it to.
3. Select the day you want the email with the Gift Card to be sent.
4. You have the option to add a personalized greeting message.
5. Finalize the purchase.

The person you gift the Gift Card to will receive an email with the amount to spend on our site and a code to enter during checkout. If you wrote a greeting message, it will be included in the email. Additionally, a copy of the same email will be sent to you as confirmation.

What sizes are available?

Our sizes vary by product; please consult our size guide available on each product page.

What are the washing instructions for your products?

• Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron over the print.

It is always recommended to pay attention to the labels inside the garments for further details on washing type.

What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

Products are printed within 2-5 business days and shipped within 2 days, depending on the destination. However, as these are artisanal products, during particularly busy commercial periods (e.g., sales, Black Friday, etc.), it may take up to 10 days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship internationally, but only to countries within the European Community. For orders to other European countries, costs vary. Unfortunately, we currently do not ship outside the European Community.

Is it possible to add gift wrapping to my order?

Yes, you can add gift wrapping for an additional cost of 4 euros. During the purchase process, you will find the option to select gift wrapping on the item page. Your order will be carefully packaged and ready to be gifted!

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If the package is visibly damaged, we advise you to refuse delivery and explicitly state this to the courier. 

I haven't received my order, what happened?

If you have not received your order, the logistics operator will contact you to arrange a new delivery.

There are two main reasons why you might not have received your order:

• Incorrect address: We recommend checking if the address provided is correct.
