What is the estimated shipping time for my order?

What do I do if my package is damaged?

I didn't receive my order, what happened?
Our logistics operator will contact you in case of non-delivery, to ensure that you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by telephone or through their website to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
Wrong address: We recommend that you check whether the address provided is correct.
