How does the purchase of the Gift Card work?
Purchasing a Gift Card is simple and customizable:
- Choose the amount of the Gift Card.
- Enter the email address of the person you want to gift it to.
- Select the day you want the email with the Gift Card to be sent.
- You have the option to add a personalized greeting message.
- Finalize your purchase.
The person you give the Gift Card to will receive an email with the amount to spend on our site and a code to enter during checkout. If you have written a greeting message, it will be included in the email. In addition, a copy of the same email will also be sent to you, as a confirmation.

What are the washing instructions for your products?
- Wash at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees.
- Do not use dryer.
- Do not iron the print.
It is always advisable to pay attention to the labels inside the garments for further details on the type of washing.
What is the estimated shipping time for my order?
Products are printed within 2-5 working days and shipped within 2 days, depending on the destination. However, since this is a handmade product, in some particularly intense commercial periods (for example sales, black friday, etc.) it could take up to 10 days.
I didn't receive my order, what happened?
If you have not received your order, the logistics operator will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order:
- Incorrect address: We recommend that you check whether the address provided is correct.

We ship abroad, but only to countries in the European Community. For orders to other European countries, costs vary. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship outside the European Community.
